remaining part of the land I have at Cassey that is not included in my
bequest to my son Henry, also shoats and pigs already at Cassey and a horse
already in his possession.
--son Thos. Harrell - land and plantation where I now live, reserving the
use of the housing land and plantation for my wife Ann during her lifetime
without molestation or disturbance.
-- grandson Jesse Harrell - lend the plantation and land, but he is not to
sell or lease this land, but to behave himself and his grandmother until he
is seventeen, when he may have this land for the term of ten years, and at
my wife's death it shall revert to my son Thomas.
--daughter Mary Andrews - lend Negro Jene for her lifetime with reversion to
my granddaughter Rebecca Andrews. Remaining estate I lend to my wife, and
the use of my Negroes Toney, Peg and Sary for her lifetime. My Negro Yourk
shall be sold and the proceeds divided among my four children.
